Auch hier verfolge ich natürlich die Nachrichten aus Deutschland und habe diese Woche vom Gesetzentwurf zum Thema „Mehr bezahlbarer Wohnraum“ gehört. Ein Punkt des Zehn-Punkte-Programms ist das Schließen von Baulücken, eine maßvolle Nachverdichtung und der Umbau von Bestandsgebäuden. Auch in Tel Aviv macht man dies und baut dabei immer mehr in die Höhe. Was dabei entsteht ist dann so was wie im „Hinterhof“ meines aktuellen Wohnsitzes. Mein Apartment ist das in der ersten Etage des dreistöckigen Gebäudes rechts auf dem Foto. Hinter dem Haus entsteht gerade dieses 20-stöckige Wohnhaus. So was wünscht man sich bestimmt nicht für seine Nachbarschaft.

This is nothing you like to have in your neighborhood.
