Im Tel Aviv Museum of Arts war heute die Eröffnung der Ausstellung „Regarding Africa: Contemporary Art and Afro-Futurism“, zu der ich mit meiner Kollegin Amalya gegangen bin. In der Ausstellung werden unterschiedlichste Kunstwerke, wie Fotos, Bilder, Zeichnungen und Videos verschiedenster Künstler gezeigt. Besonders interessant fand ich den Kurzfilm „Pumzi“ von Wanuri Kahiu, der 35 Jahre nach einem dritten Weltkrieg, der wegen Wasser geführt wurde, spielt. Da man den ganzen Film aber schlecht in einem Bild festhalten kann, zeigt das Foto eines der Bilder, die mir ebenfalls gefallen haben. Es passt auch gut zu meiner Website, da es den Rothschild Boulevard zeigt. So heißt das Bild auch und stammt von Zoya Cherkassky-Nnadi.

Today there was the opening of the exhibition „Regarding Africa: Contemporary Art and Afro-Futurism“ in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Therefore, my colleague Amalya and I went there. The exhibition presents a wide range of art, including photos, pictures, drawings and videos from various artists. Particularly interesting was the short film „Pumzi“ by Wanuri Kahiu. The plot takes place 35 years after a third world war, which was conducted because of water. Since you cannot capture the whole movie in one image, the photo shows one of the pictures, which I also liked. It also fits well to my website as it shows the Rothschild Boulevard. This is also the name of the image and it was painted by Zoya Cherkassky-Nnadi.
